Russia accused of unleashing cyberwar to disable Estonia

"If it were established that Russia is behind the attacks, it would be the first known case of one state targeting another by cyber-warfare."
At least it wasn't an attempt at 'hard' cyber-warfare which would involve attempts to cripple infrastructure such as communications, water and power ....
However, I don't think it will be long before somewhere in the world we hear of such going on.
